Legal notice, privacy and terms

2. Use of the website

This website gives information about the farm and lets you book experiences and sign up for the Paner de Pagès membership. The texts, photos and brand belong to Mallorcamor S.Coop. or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without authorisation.

We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date. If you spot a mistake, write to us and we will fix it.

3. Privacy: what data we collect and why

Data controller: Mallorcamor S.Coop., with the contact details in section 1.

We only collect the data you give us: name, email, phone and, if you buy or book, the data needed for payment and to organise the pick-up or the visit. We do not store your card details: payment is handled by the payment provider.

We use them to manage your membership or booking, take payment, tell you what you need to know (pick-ups, changes, incidents), meet our tax obligations and, only if you have given permission, send you news. You can unsubscribe from the news whenever you like.

The legal basis is the contract we have with you when you buy or book, the law as regards invoicing, and your consent for the news.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It is only seen by the providers we need to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), Bókun (experience bookings), Brevo (email sending), Google (email and documents), WhatsApp (notices to members, if you join the group) and Framer (website hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

While you are a member or customer and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires invoices and records to be kept. Data for news, until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, object to our using it or take it to another provider. Write to info@mallorcamor.com and we will reply within one month. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Framer's tool, without tracking cookies. The booking calendar and the map may set their own cookies, which they need to work.

8. Paner de Pagès terms

Paner de Pagès is a season membership: 40 weekly baskets of vegetables from our garden, from 30 October 2026 to 31 July 2027. Season price: €1,400, VAT included. You can pay in one go (€1,330), in two payments of €700, in four of €350 or in ten of €140.

The commitment is for the whole season, whatever the payment method. No refunds are given mid-season. You can transfer your membership to someone else for the remainder: tell us and that person collects the basket from then on.

The basket is collected at the farm on Friday or Saturday, at the times shown on the Paner page. An uncollected basket is not kept, replaced or refunded. If you cannot come, someone else can collect it in your name.

The contents of the basket depend on the season and the harvest. A frost, a pest or the heat can mean there is less one week: whatever there is gets shared among all the baskets.

If an instalment is not paid, we let you know. If it is not settled, the basket is suspended until payments are up to date. The season commitment remains.

As these are fresh foods that spoil quickly, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to baskets already delivered or prepared.

9. Terms for experiences and bookings

Experience bookings are made and paid for through the booking calendar. The change and cancellation terms for each experience are those shown when booking.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Official complaint forms are available at the farm. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence. Before it gets that far, write to us: almost everything can be sorted out by talking.
